The front outer surface of my freezer gets hot when the freezer is working. DEFECTIVE CHEST FREEZER
My chest freeze that I have had for about three-four years now, has never served me, unluckily I didn’t follow up on it while it was still under Warranty. It does not retain frost, we can have light for 48hrs and it will take a very long time to accumulate frost, and the whole frost disappears once the light is off again. We have actually parked it up since but we are hoping that we might be able to fix the problem.

I bought Scanfronst chest freezer SFL251 litres from Royal Priesthood Electronic Limited, Ikotun Ijegun Road on the 24th of July, 2020.
The distributor I bought it from set the temperature knob to high and it has been like that since I bought it but it takes time to freeze. After taking a long time to freeze, it defreezes fast.
I tried registering my product on the website of your company to activate the warranty but wasn’t able to do so. The site is poor.

We want our Scanfrost 5 burner cooker to be serviced and maintained.
We’ve had it for a number of years and it has the following issues:
1. Self-igniting part does not work on some burners.
2. The flame burns orange
3. The timer does not work
4. The self-igniting oven takes time to come on.
5. A few knobs are easily knocked off.

A technician had been sent about 7months ago and the r3ceipt wasn’t a factor but suddenly u need d receipt you know I don’t have to help resolve this program, am a caterer for crying out loud I need this resolved, o am honestly so angry that u guys are playing me and this is d last resort b4 going public.

My washing machine (Model No: SWMTT8) developed a motor fault about two weeks ago. As I am based in Ado-Ekiti, I scanned for a scanfrost service centre but could not locate one. Actually, the complaint on the machine is that it emits smoke when it spinning is done. The technician handling it mentioned the challenge it developed. Faulty Gas Cooker
I bought Scanfrost Gas Cooker in July of 2021 from Ikeja Mall and till date, the oven doesn’t come on. I went back to complain on the 16th of April and the lady i met assured me someone would come to fix it the following week. Week ended and no one showed up. I called one week later and this same lady asked me to text my address and expect someone the following week (same address i provided when making the purchase and during my visit a week prior). After texting my address, another week has passed and yet again, no one showed up. I called the same Ikeja outlet yesterday and this same lady decided to be just rude without providing a solution. Can you please send some to come make the gas work? I need value for my money please.

scanfrost freezer not cooling
my scanfrost freezer is not cooling when connected to power. i got it in november 2019 and then used it for a few days during which it worked perfectly. thereafter, i packaged it and travelled for over a year. when i got back and connected the freezer to power for usage, i discovered that even though it is on power for several hours, it does not cool at all. i have barely used it for 1-2 weeks. i will therefore appreciate if ityour technical team can quickly resolve this fault since its still under warranty.

I am having issue with my scanfrost chest freezer SFL151 the light indicators are all on but the freezer is not cooling . When I put it on a hear a click from the back severally like it trying to pick but never does.my location is at Lekki Phase 1 please. I am tired of waiting and ur technician Daniel qpqla is trying to swindle me.
U promised to send a technician he surfaced after 10 days lok qt d freezer for like 3mins and he said the company will send a truck to pick it cos he couldn’t figure where the gas was leaking from. I didn’t hear anything again so I started calling non stop, I staff of the company told me they needed me to pay 17,000 to have it fixed, called d technician and asked him how he found out d gas was leaking when he baley touched it, he then said he would need me to pay 70k to have it fixed, I was shocked so I asked him again and he said 70k, I xallwdcur staff and he said its only 17k they are asking for, this is getting too much , I have been patient for over 2months now. nd this particular boy is shaddy or should I use the word fraudulent, cos he already told me to be ready to spend money qnd forget about a warranty that’s aost expired 3vn when he hasn’t been to my house to see wht the problem is, he was d same one who came last year to switch on the bottom that was stiff and he was requesting to come at 15mins to eight in d evening, by my husband said it unprofessional. He is trying to extort me and this has to stop. Scanfrost resolve this, I don’t want to take this to social media.

He said this afternoon that the 70,000 is for buying pipe qnd gas, how stupid do I look to him. Why is acanfrost saying what they found out from technical department and this boy who will be my sons gas saying another and lying like this, this is highly unprofessional and its misrepresenting ur brand. I am really angry and I am still holding back from taking d next step.

So I sent the information you requested to the WhatsApp number you provided. The person did not reply until the next day after I texted him/her again! That’s red flag number 1. Next, the person said I should bring the blender to Mushin all the way from Lekki!!! Are you people serious??? I should spend money and my whole day to come to Mushin just to change blender cup blade?? I will end up spending more money to come there than if I just call a random technician in my area to fix it. What kind of useless warranty is that?????
Why are you people like this??? How can a customer purchase your product online, have it delivered, then it spoils after only one month, and you are telling the customer to bring the product all the way to Mushin… 2 hours away with traffic everywhere??? Why not send a technician or deliver the replacement part? Is that not what warranty is paid for??? If I wanted to go all the way to Mushin, I would have done that when purchasing the product! Gas Cooker Servicing and knob replacement /repair, My Gas cooker knob was never fitted since I bought it, I tried to reach out to scanfrost team when it was still on warranty but no one visited as promised but now one of the controlling knob use to ignite the gas cooker has broken while one is loose, also the gas cooker is not supplying enough fire as expected and I recommend General Servicing. I have a 32 " Scan frost LED TV bought in 2016. The screen is broken. I need a repair. I stay in Ibadan South East local government, Oyo State.
I had raised this issue sometime ago with no response. Well, I enjoyed the TV till the screen was broken in 2020

Currently, there’s no screen for now sir.
Few months old washing machine now working.
I got a new Midea Washing machine and after few months, it started with E21 error and now its not washing at all. Whenever i put it on, it just make the sound like its washing but nothing is done.

Faulty washing machine
my scanfrost washing machine doesn’t always work again, it doesn’t spin and it doesn’t take the soap from its compartment anymore. sometime we leave it there and come back to see that the cloth didn’t wash.

Fridge stopped working after 8 years of usage
FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING -NO POWER IN AT ALL
I bought my fridge sometime in 2013/2014 and has been working well until early last year it suddenly stopped working although before it stopped wasn’t cooling like it used to. I relocated to a place where there was no power and did not use it till now when we have power supply so I want to start using it again hence thought to look for a scanfrost expert to fix it . mind you I have never repaired it since it has been up and doing all this while.

my scanfrost refrigerator bought in 10 mar 2014 model no SFR170 at cash and carry Ajah Etiosa Lagos now doesn’t come on at all since last year Jan but I put aside because I relocated to an area with no power supply. I am now ready to use it hence want it fixed. note that all the while I have not done any repairs since 2014.

Too much noise and freeze comes out when cooling, the magnetic force is not working, you can open it anytime you like which is not suppose to be so, other products I have if you open when the fridge is working and close wants to open immediately it won’t open until you wait for some time but this one opens At anytime and I see water all round the seal.

Mist fan model SFRCFN16 not working
I got the Mist fan SFRCFN16 when i turn it on it keeps letting out a beeping sound after which it stops and then start making a clicking sound, the fan doesn’t rotate but when you turn the mist knob the mist part work. when you connect the power cord it still make same beeping sound and repeats
