  • Most of the goods supplied are under warranty ranging from 6 months to 3 years depending on the exact type/class of goods in question.
  • Goods delivered in good condition are not returnable except in the case of warranty.
  • The warranty condition only, will supersede any other agreement the customer has with Bezai Services.
  • However, this is subject to the warranty period on the specific good procured.
  • Each case will be accessed on it’s own merit for a cost free repair.
  • Shipping/Freight :- The cost of shipping/freight if any, will be borne by customer.

    I bought a scanfrost 50″ plasma television from your major distributor in Ughelli in Delta State Nigeria. That was on April in 2020. In November 2021, it developed a fault of a line of flashing at the left hand side vertically down. I immediately took it their office where I bought it at Ughelli. They tested it and saw that it’s a minor problem and took it from me to send it for repair in Lagos office. It’s still there now. The Ighorodje store in Ughelli from where I bought is saying they will refund the money I paid for it in 2020 to me and forget about the television. Now the new price is well over what I paid then. I refused to accept it that way. I want my television back working in good order. If you’re not able to repair or replace it , return my television to me and I have repaired myself and your company pay for the cost of repairs. I need to be idemnified. So please look into my case. I need my television back in good condition. Thanks Igben David.
