DEFECTIVE CHEST FREEZER
My chest freeze that I have had for about three-four years now, has never served me, unluckily I didn’t follow up on it while it was still under Warranty. It does not retain frost, we can have light for 48hrs and it will take a very long time to accumulate frost, and the whole frost disappears once the light is off again. We have actually parked it up since but we are hoping that we might be able to fix the problem.

I bought Scanfronst chest freezer SFL251 litres from Royal Priesthood Electronic Limited, Ikotun Ijegun Road on the 24th of July, 2020.

No instructional manual in the washing I bought. I also noticed that the filter that is supposed to sieve dirts from entering the motor is missing and only God knows if there are other items missing that I have not noticed.
