    I honestly have had the worst experience ever with this company!
    Your customer service is appalling! Bought an AC in December 2019 and it suddenly stopped cooling 2months after.
    I have contacted your office countless times and all I keep hearing is that a representative will call me and till date nobody has called.
    I honestly expected more for this company.

    FRONT OUTER SURFACE OF MY FREEZER IS HOT

    The front outer surface of my freezer gets hot when the freezer is working. I started using the freezer today and I observe the front outer surface keeps getting hot as the freezer works.Please what do you think is wrong and what can I do. I will not be happy if a freezer that has not served me for complete 24hrs is now being taken out for repair.

    DEFECTIVE CHEST FREEZER

    My chest freeze that I have had for about three-four years now, has never served me, unluckily I didn’t follow up on it while it was still under Warranty. It does not retain frost, we can have light for 48hrs and it will take a very long time to accumulate frost, and the whole frost disappears once the light is off again. We have actually parked it up since but we are hoping that we might be able to fix the problem.

    My Scanfrost chest freezer with model number SFL-311 is not cooling. The seems working though but the freezer is not cooling at all. Please we need your assistance asap. Thanks in anticipation of prompt response.

    My experience with scanfrost chest freezer is awesome. It cools and freezes so fast. It’s very efficient but now I need the company to look into why it’s not freezing nor cooling now. I appreciate if it can be fixed.

    A technician has now visited to carry out an inspection on the freezer, he requested that I buy something he called a burner and then refill the gas. I will proceed as he has directed and hope this works. Will revert with my verdict when this is sorted.

    Pls kindly help, I bought a 8KG twin tub semi-Automatic washing machine-SFSANTTD6. on 2019-06-02 12:44:31 with a 2 years warranty on it, now for the past four months I have been having Issues with the machine.     Good day

    I bought Scanfronst chest freezer SFL251 litres from Royal Priesthood Electronic Limited, Ikotun Ijegun Road on the 24th of July, 2020.

    The distributor I bought it from set the temperature knob to high and it has been like that since I bought it but it takes time to freeze. After taking a long time to freeze, it defreezes fast. 

    I tried registering my product on the website of your company to activate the warranty but wasn’t able to do so. The site is poor. 

    I want something done about this problem and fast.
